Located in Houston Texas, Stepping Stone to Residency provides medical graduates and students from all around the world the opportunity to learn the daily practice of inpatient and outpatient medicine from experienced physicians.
Through our observership program we aim to teach the art of practicing medicine in the United States and provide mentorship.
The observership experience allows our students to learn from physician leaders about the daily practice of medicine in their specialty. Additionally, our students can gain the necessary skills and understanding US residency programs require.
We mentor our candidates throughout their career providing support in terms of know-how and opportunities as they arise.
